Mark helped us buy a new condo and sell an old one. We have used many realtors in the past as we have moved around a bit and we highly recommend Mark. He was very helpful and put no pressure on us to make a decision quickly. After our offer was accepted, he made all the arrangements for letting in people to measure for carpet and make other changes. When the old condo closed, he definitely rose to the occasion when the new owners came to closing with a list of complaints of things they wanted fixed without having mentioned any of them in advance. Everything was happily resolved.

Mark helped me buy my first home. I was a nervous first (and likely only) time homebuyer, I was on a strict budget and had a pretty good idea of what I was looking for and what I definitely didn’t want in a home. I was also buying during the pandemic and in a difficult and competitive market. Mark was an amazing help throughout the entire process. When I wanted to look at something that really didn’t fit what I had explained I was looking for, he made sure to point out the ways it was not what I wanted while also ensuring I got to see it as soon as possible.

When I was ready to make my first offer he knew exactly what to go in at to get my offer accepted without pushing the limits of my budget. When I backed out of that purchase after a less than positive inspection, he supported the decision and never made me feel pressured. When I found my dream home (literally everything I hoped for) he told me without a shred of doubt in his voice that he would get me the house and keep it in my budget - and he did! Mark was always honest with me, professional, friendly and supportive every step of my home buying journey and I highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home!

As new relocated to this country and definitely new to the market, it is not hard to imagine how hard for me and my family to find a house in this market, not to mention 2023 is full of challenging whiel house price is rockets and interests rate are spikes.

Mark and I met in one of the weekend open house tour in somewhere in Blain, after he bumped his head we kept in touch and he start to searching house for us, we are literaly know nothing about US house market and cannot really answer the questions when he asks "Do you want a single family or a townhome?", he shows so much patience and taught me a lot, from school district to HOA concept, from how to use the furnace to how important the garage to you in harsh Minnesota winter. He also really listen to our needs and fully understand. After almost 25 visits of different house in different areas in the twin cities, we finally got the one we love and close after almost 3 months house hunt. None of these can be done in 3 months without help from Mark, not just a realtor to me, but tutor and a friend too. Mark is highly recommended!
