We really enjoyed working with Mark. He is very laid back, but responds promptly to every question or issue. He never failed to follow up on an issue with a potential buyer. He helped us buy a property and sell an old one is the space of 6 weeks. We are seniors and he was very responsive to the needs that make seniors different from young first time home buyers. When we decided to buy a house, Mark was showing the house we were looking at and we knew at that moment that he was someone that we wanted to work with. From the beginning he was extremely professional, easy to talk to and we let him know our wants and out needs. Mark worked tirelessly for us, was in constant contact with us about available listings and when we saw the house we're now in It was me and my twin sister's birthday. We told him "it's our birthday and we expect to buy a house today" (jokingly of course). We put an offer in because it had everything we needed and wanted. Later that day he phoned and said "Happy Birthday, you got the house!" He has been right there through all of the tiresome and tedious paperwork, encouraging us through the process We would highly recommend Mark because his sincerity and honesty is second to none.

Mark picked up the phone early on a Sunday morning to take my cold call and he was there for my wife and me every step of the way as we pursued our house search. He was prompt and professional in answering our questions and literally went "the extra mile" for us by driving to the town south of The Cities where we were looking to buy. We were very pleased with all of his hard work to make our home-buying experience as easy as possible!
