My wife and I recently relocated from California to Minneapolis. Because of the distance involved, we couldn't do walk-throughs of the properties that interested us, but Steve toured these properties, took hours of video, and helped us find a property that suited us to a "T". His assessments of the properties were fair and honest, and his advice about making an offer was spot-on The end result was that the house we bought exceeded our expectations - we really love this house. Buying long distance was a new challenge for all of us, but Steve went the extra mile to ensure a positive outcome. Plus, he's a really nice guy and he knows his stuff. Steve was very professional and personal with helping us on our house hunt. He always made sure we were taken care of when we wanted to view a house even when he wasn't available and needed another agent at his office to assist us.

Steve and his office went out of their way to help me sell my home and find a new one. My husband passed away in the middle of this and his assistant came to the house after the estate sale and loaded up the left overs and took them to Good will for me. My husband died of covid and I had just spent 2weeks in bed with it and had just 10 days to be out of my house. I don't know what I would have done without their help.

Knows the market conditions and obtains best price for seller. Expertise in evaluating competing offers. Follows through all communications promptly. Having an agent with many years of experience in local market is highly preferable over a recently licensed newcomer.

It was a pleasure working with Steve during our house search, which took the better part of 2021. He was always attentive, helpful, and available. Plus he's just a nice guy. On the few occasions he wasn't around to see one of the many houses we toured, he made sure we were well taken care of with one of his colleagues and was great at following up, listening to our likes and dislikes, and made the entire process more enjoyable.
