Wow! What can we say about Steve Smith!! Professional,skilled in all levels of how a well knowledgeable realtor should be! I mean high quality of its kind....Yes, he took care of matters that was stressful for our family as far as getting information, papers that the mortgage company that we use and it was not easy at all back and forth of always something with the mortgage company week and after, getting into our home was a difficult road but that’s why you have Steve who is a game changer. He took care of the matters at hand quickly and soundly in a well efficient way! We had issues with our computer several times and he will come to us with his laptop to help us and fax papers for us and even mail them for us that we should got it done but Steve know how we where both busy and came to our rescue! Anyone out there who might think I am biased and have nothing bad to say we’ll give Steve a try!!! He is the real deal! We got the new built townhome that we wanted and in the location that we also desired!!! Thank you Steve!
