As first time home buyers we had a lot of questions. Steve knew every single answer. He was always honest and upfront about the pros and cons of a house. Not once did we feel pressured. The most impressive part was his dedication. If we had questions at 10pm he answered them at 10:01pm. Not once did we have to wait more than 6 hours for a response, he would even update us when he was waiting to hear back from other realtors so we would know that he was on top of things.
