We found Katen on a whim and weren't quite ready to move forward with selling our old home to purchase a new home. She very professionally checked in on us about once a month to see if there was any assistance she could provide us for about 6 months. Once we were ready to move forward and the timing was right for us, she was 110% on board and available for our needs, questions, many showings in the current market, selling questions and concerns we had, etc. We have two little ones we had to bring with us to every home we viewed and she would sweetly entertain them to give us a chance to thoroughly look through the home(s). We never felt like a number (or income) to Katen; she genuinely cared about our family and our (very) specific wants and needs in a new home. Katen is so kind, so professional, very detail orientated, incredibly knowledgeable and truly has your best interest in mind as a client who is both selling and purchasing! During the sale of a family member’s estate, Chuck explained the express offer program and allowed the beneficiaries to receive an additional 12 percent more. The closing was completed relatively quickly, which allowed the family closure with little hassle. Great work Chuck. 

Chuck and his team were amazing to work with on the sale of my dad's house. He's straightforward and detailed in communication, and helps with every stage of the process. We had an issue with the buyer/ agent (nothing to do with us) and Chuck and his team proactively solved the concern and negotiated a new direction for resolution - keeping both the closing and funds on track!
