Outstanding Performance from start to finish. My fiancé and I are recent college graduates who lived with their parents to save up enough to buy their first house. Sam guided us through the experience like a seasoned veteran. He kept communication completely upfront and honest with us. We needed a lot of help to know what we were looking for, what price range, and location. Sam was able to perfectly guide us to what suited us best. I would say the best part of the experience was when it came to touring the houses and closing the deal. Sam offered an amazing price, that was over asking but under market price, saving us a couple grand in the process. He also structured our deal to best set us up for success and had a great resource network on hand to handle any issues with the new home. His determination, effort, knowledge, and thoughtfulness led to it being a very smooth process. 10/10 would recommend and use again!
