Mark Kalogeropoulos here! I’m a licensed Realtor in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Florida, and South Carolina. I live in Ramsey, MN, with my wife, Anita, and our daughters, Willow and Frankie. I hold an Associate of Arts from Normandale Community College (1996) and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Minnesota (1998).
After 20 years as a stand-up comedian, I shifted careers when my daughter was diagnosed with autism in 2015. I left the road, got my real estate license, and discovered my passion for helping people find their dream homes. I love negotiating for my clients, and nothing beats making that call to say, ‘You got the house!’

When we decided to buy a house, Mark was showing the house we were looking at and we knew at that moment that he was someone that we wanted to work with. From the beginning he was extremely professional, easy to talk to and we let him know our wants and out needs. Mark worked tirelessly for us, was in constant contact with us about available listings and when we saw the house we’re now in It was me and my twin sister’s birthday. We told him “it’s our birthday and we expect to buy a house today” (jokingly of course). We put an offer in because it had everything we needed and wanted. Later that day he phoned and said “Happy Birthday, you got the house!” He has been right there through all of the tiresome and tedious paperwork, encouraging us through the process We would highly recommend Mark because his sincerity and honesty is second to none.
Mark picked up the phone early on a Sunday morning to take my cold call and he was there for my wife and me every step of the way as we pursued our house search. He was prompt and professional in answering our questions and literally went “the extra mile” for us by driving to the town south of The Cities where we were looking to buy. We were very pleased with all of his hard work to make our home-buying experience as easy as possible!
Mark has a few curve balls thrown his way with this property, but was always able to work through them efficiently and informatively. We always rest assured Mark was taking care of us every step of the way. It was a pleasure having him as our realtor!
